We welcome anyone who is interested to stop by during any of the normally scheduled classes. You can tour the gym, observe the training, or even grab your one-week free pass and participate! Whatever you choose to do, we’ll be glad you chose to check us out and will answer any questions you may have.
Classes recur on a weekly cycle. With our plans, you can attend as many classes as you want. There are no restrictions on how how many or in which classes you can participate. Notations such as “beginner” or “advance” are merely an indication of what level of instruction is being given. Beginners are welcome to advance classes, and vice versa.
Private lesson offerings are on an instructor-availability basis. If you are interested in private lessons, please contact us and we’ll pair you up with a fitting instructor based on your needs.
Changes to the schedule are posted to the academy’s Facebook feed and reflected in the Google calendar. Cancellations as well as special events taking place, such as seminars, will also be posted to the Facebook feed and reflected in the Google calendar. The Facebook feed can be seen on every page of this site. You can click the title to go to the feed on facebook.com as well. The Google calendar below is kept up to date and can even be imported into your Google calendar. To do so, simply click the ( + Google Calendar ) image on the bottom-right of the calendar below.
